Questions
Every product page lists full dimensions, capacity and what's included in the box.
Not to get started. Our insulated tubs work with cold water and ice, and the covers help hold the temperature between sessions. If you plan to plunge daily, a chilled system keeps the water cold for you, with no ice runs.
Many people start around 55–60°F and work down gradually as they get comfortable. There's no need to go extreme. Consistency matters more than temperature.
Anywhere flat and level that can handle a little water: a patio, deck, garage or home gym. Inflatable tubs set up with the included pump and pack away when you need the space back.
Start short, never plunge alone at first, and listen to your body. If you have a heart condition, high blood pressure, are pregnant or managing any health concern, check with your doctor before you begin.
